The Rotowash must be carefully packaged for shipping: wrapped in bubble wrap and protective material. It is important to use filling material from all sides to cushion any falls. (Material for example: paper, foam, polystyrene, cardboard etc.).
Never pack the Rotowash loosely without filling material. Any damage due to the packaging of the shipment is attributable to the customer.
Insert a letter inside the package indicating the contact details entered at the time of the order, the anomalies found and finally the return address of the Rotowash at the end of the intervention.
Total cleaning of the Rotowash is mandatory. The brushes and trays must be washed and cleaned carefully. Everything must be shipped dry.
Dirty items will not be accepted.
